Who are we?

ACM, the Association for Computing Machinery, is an international scientific and educational organization dedicated to advancing the arts, sciences, and applications of information technology. With a world-wide membership ACM is a leading resource for computing professionals and students working in the various fields of Information Technology, and for interpreting the impact of information technology on society.

On a local level the Pennsylvania College of Technology student chapter of ACM serves as the college's "computer club" as well as a common ground for all those who wish to supplement their education with topics prevalent in the world of computing technology today. We strive to serve the college community both in social and education aspects. Our goal is not only to give back to our members, but allow a medium for anyone with a slight interest in anything that may fall in our realm a chance to enjoy the exciting opportunities that today's technology offers. From gaming to programming to networking and more, we cover it all!
